Shroomio's Adventure
A downloadable game for Windows
Shroomio's Adventure was created by one of our 2nd year Game Design Teams as part of their Final Major Project. It was completed in June 2019 and took 5 months to develop. The game is a prototype and has some bugs but is completely playable and was successful in completing the brief. The team of 5 students was made up of Designers, artists and programmers working together in the specialism for the first time.
Shroomio's Adventure is a 2.5D platform game with a beautiful art style and narrative. This game was pitched to Industry and shown at Manchester Game Expo 2019 Game Dev section.
All aspect of the game was created by the students as part of their coursework for Level 3 Game Design at Priestley College Warrington UK
